30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. No questions asked—if it's "not your style," that's reason enough. Please note that returns must be initiated within this 30-day window, and items should arrive at our warehouse within a reasonable timeframe after initiation (typically 7-14 days, depending on shipping).

Condition for Return

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, which means unworn, unused, with all tags still attached, and in original packaging.
  • You'll need to provide proof of purchase or the receipt.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Returns

  1. Initiate the Return: Visit our Return Centre. Enter your order number and the email associated with your purchase to start the process.
  2. Receive Instructions: Once submitted, you'll receive detailed instructions via email, including a return authorization number and shipping guidelines.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Attach the return authorization label if provided.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided below using a tracked shipping method. Keep the tracking number for your records.
  5. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, we'll inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Note: Do not ship returns without first initiating the process through the Return Centre, as we may not accept unsolicited packages.

Return Cost

  • For Returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item or wrong item sent). We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
  • For Exchanges: We will issue a complimentary shipping label for exchanges within Australia.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any original shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to our error.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Buy Now Pay Later Fees

For returns where payment was made via Buy Now Pay Later (Afterpay, Zip, Klarna...) services, please note that we are charged a fee by these services, which can be up to 6.5% of the transaction amount. This fee is not refunded to us when we process a refund or cancel an order. Therefore, we reserve the right to deduct up to 6.5% from the refund amount to cover these non-recoverable fees.

Credit Card & PayPal Fee

For returns where payment was made via credit card or PayPal, we incur processing fees. Therefore, we reserve the right to deduct up to 3% from the amount refunded to cover these charges.

Gift Returns

Returns on gifts are allowed; however, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items might not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, such as earrings.
